Samsung company is one of the largest manufacturers of electronic devices in the world. It develops new innovative devices , and its phones have excellent hardware, but sometimes its own users have problems was reported.
Recently, Mrwhosetheboss shared about a severe battery swelling issue. He also discovered that his Samsung phones were facing serious battery problems. Mrwhosetheboss tested all of his Samsung phones and found the 2017 Galaxy S8, 2019 Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10 5G, and 2020 Galaxy Z Fold 2 to have swollen batteries. Also, one user complained about his Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ phone battery swelling.
After the serious explosion of the Galaxy Note 7 phone battery in 2017, they start looking for this. After this, Samsung had to recall about 2.5 million phones after complaints of batteries overheating and exploding.
Samsung continues to work to fix this problem and claims it won't happen again in future smartphones, but nothing seems to have changed.
