However, the back of the Apple Watch has been completely scratched through this incident.

    The incident did not occur in sunlight or extreme heat. After the user contacted Apple Support and reported the situation, the customer service executive escalated the issue to their manager who filed a case for investigation. However, Apple Support has no solution other than telling them not to touch the device. Unfortunately, the next morning the watch was too hot to touch. Due to this, the front glass of the watch is also cracked.

    When the user decided to take pictures of his Watch, it started making cracking sounds and exploded in his hand when he was about to throw it. He had burn marks on his bed and was sent to the emergency room for lead poisoning. After the incident, Apple prioritized his case and even took possession of the watch for further testing. The company also sent him a letter asking him not to tell anyone about the incident, but the user refused.
